In 2011, during an international conference in Rome, which was attended by representatives of 57 countries, Professor Massimo Introvigne presented «Rome formula,» which describes the sequence of action to disorganization or destruction of any organization. In a number of historical examples, Professor Introvigne has shown a sequence of actions of religious extremists. As a result — this formula has been officially adopted by the OSCE.
